5. Automated Communications — SMS, WhatsApp, and AI Calling
By checking the consent checkbox on our consultation forms, you expressly agree to receive communications by the methods described below. Consent is not required to purchase our products.
5.1 SMS Text Messaging
Where you have provided consent, we may send SMS text messages including appointment booking links, consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, pre-call notifications, and promotional messages about Diamond Bros products and services.
Message frequency: Maximum 3 messages per 7-day period per contact.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

5.2 WhatsApp Messaging
For virtual consultations, Diamond Bros & Co. conducts appointments via WhatsApp video call from our business WhatsApp number +1 437-800-0786. By booking a virtual consultation, you consent to receive WhatsApp video calls and messages from this number for appointment purposes. WhatsApp communications are also governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.
5.3 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Voice Calls
Diamond Bros & Co. uses an AI-powered voice scheduling assistant to follow up with individuals who have submitted a consultation request. This system may place outbound calls using artificial intelligence voice technology. All AI-initiated calls disclose at the start of the call that you are speaking with an automated system and identify Diamond Bros & Co. as the calling business.
By providing your phone number and consenting on our form, you expressly agree to receive calls made using artificial or pre-recorded voice technology from Diamond Bros & Co. To opt out, say "do not call again" during any call, reply STOP to any text, or contact us at (647) 860-2767.
California residents: Our AI voice communications comply with California's CCPA provisions for AI-generated communications and automated decision-making disclosure requirements.
5.4 Calling and Messaging Hours
- General: Between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone
- Texas residents: Between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday; noon to 9:00 PM Sundays (Texas SB 140, September 2025)
- Virginia residents: Opt-out records maintained for minimum 10 years (Virginia SB 1339, 2026)

6.2 Advertising Platforms (Hashed Data Only)
We share SHA-256 hashed (one-way encrypted) personal data with advertising platforms for campaign measurement. Raw personal information is never transmitted:
- Meta Conversions API: Hashed email addresses, hashed phone numbers, and conversion event data for advertising measurement
- Google Ads Enhanced Conversions: Hashed conversion data for advertising measurement and optimization
You may opt out of Meta's use of your data through your Facebook/Instagram account settings, and opt out of Google's advertising personalization at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

We use essential cookies for website functionality, Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage analytics, Meta Pixel for advertising conversion measurement, and Shopify's built-in analytics. Submit CCPA requests to info@diamondbros.co with subject "California Privacy Rights Request." We respond within 45 days.

11. Canadian Residents — PIPEDA and CASL
We comply with PIPEDA and CASL. Every commercial electronic message we send includes identification of Diamond Bros & Co. as the sender, our contact information, and a clear unsubscribe mechanism. To file a privacy complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada: priv.gc.ca or 1-800-282-1376.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all website data transmission, SHA-256 hashing of personal data before transmission to advertising platforms, access controls on a need-to-know basis, and self-hosted automation infrastructure to minimize third-party data exposure. No electronic transmission method is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Contact info@diamondbros.co immediately if you believe we have collected information from a minor and we will delete it promptly.
