Getting to us from Toronto

By GO train from downtown

Take a Lakeshore West GO train from Union Station to Port Credit GO. The ride is about 30 minutes. From the station it is about a 10 minute walk south to our showroom at 76 Lakeshore Rd E. Check times on the GO Transit website before you book.

By car

• Downtown to Port Credit: Take the Gardiner Expressway west, which becomes the QEW. Exit at Hurontario Street, head south to Lakeshore Road and turn left.
• Downtown or Etobicoke to Airport & Derry: Take Highway 427 north and exit at Rexdale Boulevard and Derry Road. Head west on Derry Road to Airport Road.
• North York or Scarborough to Airport & Derry: Take Highway 401 west, then Highway 409 toward Pearson Airport, then Highway 427 north to Derry Road. Head west on Derry Road to Airport Road.
• From Pearson Airport: Airport & Derry is about 10 minutes from the terminals.

What happens in your 30 minute appointment

You choose the showroom when you book. The appointment is the same at all three, and nobody in our showrooms works on commission.

You sit down with a member of our team, who asks what your partner wears now, what they have pointed at, and roughly what you want to spend. Then we bring out loose stones that fit.

You compare them yourself, under a loupe, side by side under proper light. We explain what you are looking at: cut first, then colour, clarity and carat, and why two stones of the same weight can be priced very differently.

If you want something made, your setting is drawn on screen while you watch.

Before you decide anything, we walk you through the price as three numbers: the stone, the setting and the labour. Then you go home and think about it. You are not expected to decide on your first visit.

• Looked after for life. Our Lifetime Warranty and Care covers cleaning, inspection, prong checks and resizing, at any of our three showrooms, for as long as you own the ring.

Natural and lab grown diamond engagement rings

We sell both, and we will not steer you toward either.

A lab grown diamond is a real diamond. It is the same material as a mined diamond, with the same hardness and sparkle, and it is graded on the same scale for cut, colour, clarity and carat. It is grown rather than mined, and it costs a good deal less than a natural diamond of the same size and quality.

A natural diamond formed in the earth and is far rarer. For some people that matters, and it is a perfectly good reason to choose one.

At your appointment you can see both side by side, with the certificate and the price for each stone, and decide for yourself.

Every Diamond Bros setting is built and finished by hand at our atelier at Airport & Derry in Mississauga. Whichever showroom you book, your ring comes from the same bench.

Custom engagement rings for Toronto couples: how it works

1. Your appointment. At whichever showroom suits you, we talk through your partner's style, your budget and the shape you have in mind.
2. The stone. You see the options loose, before any setting exists, so you are choosing the diamond on its own merits.
3. The drawing. Your setting is rendered on screen at your appointment. You change it until it is right.
4. The bench. Our jewellers build and finish it by hand.
5. Collection. You come back to the same showroom to pick it up and we size it on the spot.

A band bought separately rarely sits flush against an engagement ring. Ours are shaped to the ring we made, so there is no gap and no rocking.

The jewellers behind Diamond Bros

Vishal and Vikram Manjania are sixth-generation jewellers who opened Diamond Bros & Co. in 2018. They choose every stone that comes into our showrooms.

With three locations across the GTA, they cannot be at all of them at once, so our trained team looks after you in store. That is the honest version, and we would rather say it than promise you something we cannot deliver.
